Yvonne brings over 17 years of diverse industry experience in sustainability/ ESG, business strategy and business transformation. Her passion is guiding companies to align business purpose with sustainable growth through ESG adoption. The industries she has consulted and coached in various capacities include services, F&B, retail, manufacturing, engineering, events, technology, news & media, financial institution, oil & gas, airlines, real estate, telecommunication, automotive, utilities, medical & health, regional development authorities and government ministries.
Before founding StratX Advisory, Yvonne held key leadership roles, including Head of Transformation & EXCO Member at Zurich Insurance & Takaful Malaysia. She also served as an Associate Director at PwC SEA Advisory, specializing in Strategy and Sustainability.
During her tenure at PwC, Yvonne played a crucial role as the Asia representative of a special task force that co-created the Global PwC Sustainability Strategy Framework. This framework was adopted across PwC territories.
She is a certified in GRI Sustainability Professional, 10X Strategy Coach, Accredited HRDC Trainer, Prince2 Practitioner, Design Thinking and Lean Process Improvement
